  • 2 tablespoons of powdered sugar;
  • 10 g of starch.

Wash the fruit well, cut the tops into "lids". Using a teaspoon, gently remove the seeds and some pulp in a circle. Apples must have walls of at least 1 cm.

In a filling blender, combine the ricotta with the powdered sugar, egg yolk and starch. If available, add vanilla sugar. "Stuff" the apples well with the sweet mass and place them in a mold with edges. In the oven, previously lit at 200 degrees, the cake should be kept for 20-25 minutes. Pouring a little water into the bottom of the pan will make cooked apples more tender.
